One Giant Interval!

Comments:
Usually the track workouts are 4-10 interval repeats of some distance. Today was one 20 minute run at a 6:31 pace. I think we were a tad fast. All good though!

I ran 3.25 miles at that pace, the rest is warmup-cooldown.
