Comments:
Good day back on campus. I missed out on most of the crazy weather that was going down. I got back home just in time to regroup and get to run club. I thought today was worse than last week. Wind was whipping and skies looked sketchy. We stuck to the easy surfaces ran out Wasson back. Had a good pack and we had to fight the way back into the wind. I wasn't struggling but it would have been near impossible without a pack. Ran back home soon after we got back to Withrow.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Felt alright as I got back. Legs were pretty sore this morning but that feels good to get in solid mileage and put in work against the elements.
