Comments:
Today was the one year anniversary of the run club. Good stuff. Calf has been tight past few days. Walking thing morning was fine and my eyes were burned out from office work in the afternoon so I knew I really wanted to run. Felt like I could manage it. It was fine running actually. Stuck with the top group and we actually nailed the route today. It was just crazy good running weather, 70s breeze, neat sunset. Glad I could ride that and fit it in because I needed a good run. Added 2 on today.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretch roll and rehydrate when I got back. Left calf tightened up again, feels rigid when stick rolling. Just need some more rolling out on it and taking care.
