Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run in today. I was gassing out in the afternoon. Carried over to the run, slow and sluggish but its mileage. Shake out good for my legs too. Down Erie first then back on Wasson. Calves feeling alright and it was just borderline shorts weather.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Feeling drained still once I got back but a good stretch helped me out. Dont think I was hydrated enough today. Shows how the little things matter for training.
