Comments:
Sleepy today and adjusting to the time change. I think it will be good for running because I was able to push my run back way later. It was sluggish again today. Taking the chill as it came. Ran up Edwards, lil loop in the Rookwood neighborhood then added on around Observatory and Erie. Honestly, I could have passed easy today but its all about getting out there and getting those miles. I never regret a run.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Legs feel tired, not sore though. Good rolling out. Didnt wear sleeves today and calves were fine.
