Deterred by the cold last night but I was up and out into it this morning. We had weekend run club down at the river. I went down a little early to fit in 2 extra miles. Some crew was down there also adding way more on. We did a good loop across the bridges and even added a little loop in Newport before looping back. I added on an extra mile at the end to keep it going. Felt pretty good and totally needed the run as well as any extra miles I could scrape by. It was cold, snowy and blowing wind but we kept it together and pace was totally fine.

Essentials: Stretch

Got a mild stretch in as people came in. We went straight over to brunch afterwards, which was desperately needed. I was getting hungry and wanted some coffee to warm up. Snow kept coming before the sun finally came out. Felt great to make up these miles after a grinder of a week that left me feeling pretty depleted.
