Comments:
Took it chill this weekend but felt good to get back to the grind in lab today. Stuck around as long as I could then raced back to get to run club. Good crew, lil chilly, sunny out though. We tried a nice new loop that went down to Walnut Hills then popped up to O'Bryonville. Hill wrecked a lot of folks but it felt good to me. Much better than I was feeling yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Hung around for a while afterwards actually then got a better stretch in when I got home. Calves a little sore and now I am tired.
