First run after my broken wrist!

Weather: Really cold, but dry

Comments:
Well it was only a little one, but it was my first run in aaaaaaaaaages as I broke my wrist on the ice on Xmas Eve. I'm not supposed to be running until next week at the earliest, but did a trial today to see how it felt and it felt fine. The cold air really got to me, but I have been doing nothing for about 5 weeks, so that's to be expected.
