Comments:
Just tryin to chill today cause this week was a grind. Lots of storms yesterday and last night and the woke me up this morning. Rain passed and gave way to wind all over. Ran in afternoon out Wasson and then back through Ault Park Dr up the newly finished shortcut. Was back was tough with the wind but I pushed through. Felt pretty good with some sun out there and a chance to run my legs out. Was still feeling sore from Wed Run club.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch and rehydration when I got back. I didnt drink much water today at all and started to feel it on the way back. Bummed I won't make run club next week. First one since I got here but thats how the job goes got to go out and do shit too.
