Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
1.5 warm up, 18x200, 2 mile cooldown. 3 sets of 6 with 30 seconds rest, 3min. set break. ran the first set in 40 and then 37s for the last 5, second set in 33-34 for most of them, and then the last one in all 30s with maybe a 31 or 32 thrown in. felt controlled and easy until the last three, then i felt like i was tightening up the last 50 or so of each one.
