Comments:
Started off feeling fine, a little tight but it was windy and I was moving a bit.

Came through 8 miles at 49:21
Slowed it down after, back really started tightening up bad. 3 miles to go and about 1.5 miles to go I had to stop because my back was killing me and need to stretch.
