Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was burnt at end of the day and couldn't get myself outside to run. I ate, digested and noticed it was still light out and I needed to do something just to start it up. Its been over a week and no run and I can tell. Short shake out down to Marburg and back on Wasson. It was not pretty I felt foreign and sluggish for sure but its a step and I feel recharged now.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a little bit then just sat there for like 20 minutes. No pain or soreness anywhere but everything feels chunky. I know its gonna be a tough adjustment to the weather going forward too. This was the first day it really felt like spring with summer just around the corner.
