Weather: 55 degrees and just awesome out there.

Comments:
warmed up 2 miles, then 3 miles (alt. 800's), then 1 mile easy, then 4 x 400 with distance guys at 82-85 pace felt great at this point, then 2 miles cool down.
led the middle distance guys in the alt. 800's:
2:41,3:15,3:04,2:45,3:14,2:57=17:57
