Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt good to get after a run today even though I was in a work grind and had to cut out. Nice pack we went down Torrance then up Taft. That way is probably harder the hill ruined a lot of people but I pushed it and it felt good. Took it back easier. Calf was kinda tight afterwards.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch when I got back but I was super hungry and had to refuel. Now legs are feeling the hill.
