Comments:
Last day of the term. It was kinda nice out in the afternoon and I knew I needed a run after the past few days. Got back and got out. Down to Mt Lookout then up Delta, crushed it, and finished up around Grandin. The hill was tough. I thought this was longer, but in the end it was a good shake out and reset.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch, legs feel good now. Calves were fine as well. Still pushing my shoes. They do not look torn up but they have lots of months and miles on them. The feel hit though maybe thats more important to pay attention to.
