Comments:
Ate a lot at the picnic yesterday and have bunch of left overs. Makes me feel slow and sluggish. I kept it real low key today. Some storms rolled in this afternoon and I made it out as it was sunny but got caught in the front on the way back. It was chilly at that point and not that pleasant. Went out Wasson then came back on Erie and Victoria. Slogged it out though and glad I got something in today so I wasn't totally lazy.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Not too sore, calf feeling better today too. Do need to roll out though to keep it fresh.
