twice in a row bitchez!!! haha
felt great while i was running.
got incredibly tight afterwards. even now, about 3.5 hours later, i can feel my IT bands and they don't feel good. its not a hurt, exactly, they're just completely taut. so, lots of heat and foam rolling tomorrow. no running for sure. but thats ok. I'm moving forward I think. slowly. agonizingly slowly.
