Erie

Comments:
In support of the Flying Pig runners today, I went down on Erie after waking up from a nap and after all the rain had passed. It was pretty intense there for a bit! Legs felt kinda sluggish but I pushed through and even picked up the pace a little bit when I cam back on Wasson. Getting in longer mileage today seemed like such a stretch, so for that more props to the racers for putting one foot in front of the other!

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Stretch and roll when I got back inside. Its humid outside now and kinda sticky. Eww but its not winter any more thats for sure.
