Comments:
There were enough people there post pig who wanted to run. Lots took it easy so I lead the pack and eventually broke off on my own on the way back cause the pace was just there. Felt a bit better than yesterday. It was kinda boring route but I had some pep today. Didnt dally around much afterward it was sweaty today and I was hungry.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Legs feeling sore. after but more like they worked. It was cool to see everyone put up gutsy efforts and that makes my sore legs feel better.
