Comments:
Not running last night was regretful so I went for it today. Ran down to OBryanville and did the hill. It was tough but I held the pace as best I could. It was also stupidly muggy and humid out and I got pretty sweated up. That hit in the second half back down Madison. Still good to be out there things were starting to get busy as well.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
I had to stretch outside and cool off. Lots of concrete, knees kinda feeling it. Still riding on my shoes. Calves were good today and I rolled out to reset as well.
