Comments:
Miserable at points but overall a good run. Strength before, stretch after. Solid week! Creeping up on 50, which I’ll save for next week. Left Achilles/solus a little sore/achy after but OFF tomorrow will put that in good nick. Maybe shoes need to be upgraded.
