Comments:
Memorial Day, got in for a little bit in the lab then was chilling at home studying rest of the day. Ready to run but it was hot out hottest yet. We stuck to the shade and had a good breeze on the way out but it was a bit toasty back. I was super thirsty. We added on a little bit around the school which makes that out to 6 instead of 5 I like that.
Essentials: Stretch
Got back was tired, hungry, and stretched out. Lots of days running recently legs feeling good though.
