I didn’t wake up at my alarm and sauntered into lab. Its been a while. I was just trying to take care of what I could at the time without getting in contact with other people. I have a lot of things swirling but also still feel worn down and tired. Didn’t bring lunch so that was my good excuse for a hard stop to get back and work from home. Worked right up until it was time for run club. Felt a little better than yesterday but took it slow. Brandon was there and I ran with him which was nice helped me along and not pay attention to if I was gased or not. Didn’t add on to and from today.

Essentials: Stretch

Weak stretch. Legs so achy and sore when I got back. Need rehydration and some food and energy. Travel really messed up my recovery from this cold but that’s the way the game is.
