Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Caught up on sleep and took it easy this morning. Got hot in the afternoon and I wanted to see if I could handle it. Ran down Madison down the hill then climb back up. Ill admit it was tough coming back but it didnt feel excruciating. When I finished up I was pretty beat down and needed a water douse though and it felt soooo good.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a little bit outside and then came in to finish up but I was so sweaty and wet. Good mileage and had to work extra hard for it. Coming off a week where I didnt get much running in and felt on the shit side so this was a good turn around.
