Comments:
I was wound up today basically grinded through today solo and had some coffee in me at the end of the day. Nice crew today and we had advice to stick to the shade and easy spots cause of the heat. It wasn't as bad as yesterday thats for sure. But I was fine to hit the groove and run with a good front back out and back today. Pace was decent and this felt easy. I needed something like this plus bitchin about work with your run crew is the best therapy around. Tired on the run down.
Essentials: Stretch
Took the time for a good stretch and rehydration today. Legs kinda sore afterwards, probably because I put solid mileage on, more so that anything I did this weekend.
