Comments:
Another great track session today. Nothing impressive, but "productive".

Again, was NOT in the mood: cold and damp, and I was tired. Also, it was "Jeff's workout day", meaning I had to basically do what he wanted -- fair, since we've always done my stuff.

His workout 800, 400, 200, 100 "@ 1500 pace". I amended it to 1x800, 2x400, 4x200, 1x100 at pace. Equal rest between.

Didn't really time the 100. Felt SHITTY at first -- the 800 SUCKED, but the more I ran, the better I felt and recovered quickly. The stride felt GREAT on the 200s. The only quirk was feeling a near-cramp in the R med gastroc on the 3rd 2, but otherwise it was BOMB.

Did 3 WU, 1.5 CD w/Jeff, then another 3 CD solo.

Good session. By all accounts, I'm "about" where I was this time in 2008...except now I hope to be on the "upswing". :)



Of note:

(1) Some L medial knee pain, likely as "leftovers" from doing the whole 12 miles in the marathoners. Clearly, though, I'm doing a bit too much ADD/IR at the knee. Focused on that a bit today, but still sore after the run.

(2) My R shoulder SUCKS today: dunno of it's shoulder or cervical. Doing a SHIT-TON of manual therapy this AM didn't help.
