Comments:
I was in and working most of the day just trying to catch up and prep for trip this week. Came back, studied a little, then got out there for some good mileage. Lots of new folks there today and we broke into a nice pack. Newish route down Erie onto Rosslyn and back Madison. Always wanted to push that far and it was pretty solid loop. Body not as sore but leg from my ankle still kinda tight had to opt for the sleeves. Its totally fine running though. We finished up real strong on Wasson. I needed that after some struggle runs that Phil totally helped me through this weekend.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a bit when I got back. Was so soaked it rained a little bit and was hella humid out. Actually it rained most of the day but Ill take that little change of pace.
