Ladder Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We did 4 200s, then 2 400s, then 1 800, then 2 400s, then 4 200s. Get the pattern. It was a pretty easy workout. Though we still ran it pretty fast, under my 5k pace at least. My shin hurt in the middle of the workout but seemed to loosen up as I ran.
