Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Late night so I tried to sleep in but was super sore and groggy when I got up. Chillin today. It got pretty hot out in the afternoon when I trekked out. Started out slow shaking it out from yesterday. Had on my calf sleeves just in case. Started to feel a little better then got out in the open and the sun hit me. Slogged on from there it felt like but I guess pace was OK, just a bit under 5.5 since I added on around the block beforehand because I couldn't decide where to go.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs

Stretched it out while I tried to rehydrate outside then came in to finish up because it was actually cooler inside. Ugh calves still pretty sore and legs are beat down it seems. Good to get out there and keep going after yesterdays race which inspired me to get into better, faster shape. Plugged on 2x1min planks as well as Jordan also inspired be to get core built up again. Started out the year strong with abs then lost it completely. Good time to jump back on that.
