Comments:
Caught up on sleep and today I was just chillin. Happy Canada Day to all. Rainy in the morning then it got warm and humid. Ran the trails. Going out felt kinda stiff but I really worked into it and was flying after I got to the top of the hill and made my way back on Observatory. That was great. I needed something like that. I got stopped at light on Erie and took it home a little slower. Went back on Herschel and that makes it a little bit longer actually.
Essentials: Stretch
Had to catch myself outside a little. Was so soaked in sweat. But the humid feel is kinda cool we haven't had that in a while. Stretched out, legs feel alright and finished up with some planks. Back on that. Those were tough with slippery arms though.
