Comments:
Ran in the afternoon. Sun out and humidity up. Out from Cass Park but didnt feel like doing entire Waterfront Trail so I cut in and went past IHS up Renwick and back down University. Hill was steep but I powered up and didnt think much of it. I was already tired at that point anyways. Came down and picked up the pace and felt pretty good coming back by police station. Glad I pushed milage just a little bit today.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch outside as I tried to cool down. I was soaked with sweat. Quad got pretty tight afterwards and now legs are sore got a few straight runs in there.
