Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A huge torrent of rain came through right before we got going. Made for it being pretty humid and wet around. Top group held a good pace going out. I wanted to go fast and strong especially after a dismal run yesterday. Nice. Kicked it in on the way back too.
Essentials: Stretch
Run back and stretched out a little bit. Legs pretty tired now but needed that after a day back at the grind.
