Comments:
ran pretty far today with my leg and it felt ok actually. got a little tight as i went at a faster pace continuously but it wasnt anything i couldnt handle. did some gauntlet and stairs afterwards, 8 minutes of each. the sprints and weaves hurt my hamstring a bit but it wasnt too bad.
