Back to it. I haven't run in about two weeks and I was nervous about getting back to it. Long day at work still feeling a little jet lagged honestly but I came back, decompressed and got out there. Felt good took a while to get into the pace and then the run went by so fast. We had a good crew and finished up strong.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched in the parking lot but didnt run home we went over to Listermanns today and I rehydrated with a Haterade. Needed that. Legs feel fine buts lets see how they react to starting up again.
