Comments:
Had to get up and out to make it to camping. Long drive and I just did 70 a few weeks ago from Pittsburgh so I buckled in and went for it. Was first to arrive. Got a little lots and was burnt from the road. Looking forward to some fresh air and camp scenes. We regrouped and headed over to Ohiopyle to fit in some mileage. Looked familiar from senior week way back when. We started out on the Great Allegheny Passage, then cut off on a side trail that looped around the rapids to a falls overlook, then we cut back from there. Was great to shake the legs, hit the nice muddy surface, and run with some peeps. We finished up back at Ohiopyle and walked around a little bit down to the natural water slides.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt stretch too much but walked it out a little bit. Our pace was fine too so I wasn't feeling it too badly, like I have taken two weeks off and am ramped up again.
