Back at it and what a grind it is. Ran right up until the end. Wasn't exactly sure about the new faculty thing cause it got sprung up and I had committed myself to get a good run in. We were meeting at 50W. Had a good pack out turned around at 3 then caught up a few more people and we poured it on to finish up. Wow legs needed that for another good string on the bike path.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched briefly in the grass while others showed up. Then we went over to 50W for drinks and dinner. I was super thirsty and pretty hungry actually and I scarfed down what I could. Nice to take a little breather away from work but I still got so much grind to do. Stick to it.
