Comments:
3000. first race of the season. first on in a long time. felt depleted at end. pack broke away about 1/3 through. 1k and 2k splits real nice. fell way off on last 5 laps... felt strong, only had 2 weeks of workouts. big race next weekend. then its training for going outdoor. deep inside i feel like i can run this same time outdoor with the barriers. cool down was kinda split up. also did the lift after wards... really sore as a result
