Comments:
Well, not a lot of folks on campus today. I came in did what I needed to do. It got hot in the afternoon I had some time to regroup before running. Not a lot of people there but we had a good fast pack. I needed that going out, but on the way back I was struggling again. It was an improvement from the past few days but still tough. Need to be hydrated man, can't drink enough water. On the way back I ran jogged.
Essentials: Stretch
Mini stretch when I got back, just tired and beat and hungry. Good effort though.
