Comments:
Ran late afternoon. Napped a little watching football today. Still tired feeling and blown out from last week. I knew I needed something. Looking back I guess I skipped last Sunday and that was not a good idea. Just an easy shake out on Wasson to the track, did 1 mile of straight aways to open up the legs and get things moving, then came back on Observatory. Thats what I needed. Track reps actually felt pretty good. Didnt want to go too far with mileage today since somehow the day got away already.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch when I got back. Needed to rehydrate also. Knee kinda tight and legs tired feeling now. Hope I have refueled for the week.
