Comments:
Got around to running in the afternoon. I was pretty sore and tired this morning and started out slow. Legs feel sluggish. Ran down, got lost trying to get on Wasson so I crossed the bridge. On the way back, just felt it and went full send again on a few intervals. No idea where that was popping up but must be some deep down shit. It felt good especially the way I started. Came back easy.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got to rolling a little bit cause quads still kinda tight. Got to be ready to race next weekend! Legs feel burnt now maybe cause its the winding down of the weekend and its pretty warm out, warmer than I feel is necessary. I wouldn't mind some classical crispy fall weather
