Comments:
Im feeling a crunch coming. I didnt get to running until late when I got a headache from work and felt stressed. Just popped shoes on and got out there and ran down Wasson and came back on Victoria and Observatory. Running always there to give you what you need.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch out when I got back. Legs feel alright actually.
