Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to sleep in but wake up to a bunch of things to do this weekend. Got out for a nice run later afternoon. Didnt realize it was so nice out. Ran down Wasson then Erie and came back Brotherton. Slowed down a little bit there in the middle. Felt the fatigue but I just kept pushing myself one foot in front of the other. Thats what ya need to do. Really enjoyed the fresh air and feel a lot better after that.
Essentials: Stretch
Pretty tame stretch when I got back. Sat around now legs feel worked out for sure.
