Comments:
I went in today thought I could take a stab at writing my exam. It ruined me and I was burnt and had to get back and go for a run. Just a shake out down Wasson to a few laps on the track ith fast straight aways then back. Lots swirling around as the semester closes and I can feel it now.
Essentials: Stretch
Got back and stretched it out a little bit. Feeling better and glad I got in a run but it still didnt refresh me like I wanted.
