Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Track workout between classes. I had 2.5 hours, which was plenty of time. 2 WU + 4 strides, 2WD, total of 3.5 on the track.
Workout was, not good. I was hoping I would be hitting 66-68s a lap, that wasn't happening. Its been a long, long time since I've tried running fast, but annoying because towards the end I was running 72+ and my 3x1K workout two weeks ago was done at the same speed, but longer intervals. But, to be fair, I never gave myself as much rest as I did then. Most rest I ever got for this was 3 mins. Anyways, gotta keep at it, legs will come around.
