Comments:
Down Hill to Main to Stadium to Pauline and back, with a sizeable extension to round off to 5 and change. Strength before, no real stretch after. Will get a proper run and stretch in tomorrow. Might cross-train on Saturday, we'll see. Goal is anywhere between 20 and 25 for the weekly total.
