Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Walk 1/2 run 3/4 pattern. Discomfort for the first 15 minutes. Removed the large brace at 45 minutes. Has to stop - start the mill for the end of the last run and a 1/2 mile cool down. Used ice afterward.
