Comments:
SL - Starting off on a positive note, my ankle felt better and my calves, which tightened up last night, were a little tired but not unbearably so. I think this was the fastest I have ever run this route through the first three miles. I did not relax from there, but instead cramped up. I was still able to finish this reasonably well but still had an enormous positive split. This begs the question of what I was doing running that fast in the first place. With the way I am already struggling into the week, I need to help myself with better pacing.
