half-assed at home weights

Weird day. Schedule fell apart: treated a 7am, then not another one until 11a, then two from 2-4p.

Drove home to lift weights over lunch and did so why on the phone with GP. I thought I had a lot of time, then a client texted, wanting to come in early. So I cut it short.
