Down observatory to South Forest past Burns Park onto Ives and eventually past Tappan onto Washtenaw, extending once I got past the hill. Some strength before, no stretch after. Off tmrw. All in all, a fantastic week. Feeling pretty much pain free, so I’ll get up to 40 next week and then cut mileage way down when I get to Bhutan.
