Comments:
Joined Lorelei, Katie, and Sydney for their run toward (and past) the airport, stopping at the titular hotel for a bio break. Strength and stretch after, some new exercises in the mix as well. New shoes are awesome. All in all great week of training, high teens to 20 next week hopefully. Will keep up with the strength and all that.
